5.2-Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Nepal

A 5.2-magnitude earthquake shook Nepal on Friday evening, causing panic among the people.

According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale, struck at 9:51 pm Indian time.

The quake hit some 16 kilometres north-northwest of the capital city of Kathmandu at a depth of 25.9 kilometres.

Reports said that at least 10 people were injured after the quake that lasted for five second hit the region.(Agencies)
