A Delhi court after taking cognizance of charge sheet in Shahbad Dairy murder case adjourned it for July 20 for hearing the arguments on charge.

In Shahbad Dairy murder case a minor girl was allegedly killed by a man by stabbing her with a
knife and hit her with a stone slab on May 28.
Delhi Police arrested accused Sahil on May 29 from Bulandshahar and after investigation filed a charge sheet under section 302 (murder), 354A (sexual harassment), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code and various provision of POCSO Act, Arms Act and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
