Alwar: Seven children injured after school bus overturns

A private school bus carrying children on their way to school met with an accident on Monday due to a tyre burst in Kotkasim of Alwar district in Rajasthan, in which seven children were injured.


The incident took place in the middle of Kotkasim Geeta Ka village, on the road going from Kot Kasim to Kishangarh Bas.


Upon learning of the incident, numerous people gathered, and children broke the bus’s glass windows, causing chaos and widespread panic.


It is a matter of honour that there was no loss of life in this incident.
A villager who was coming to Kotkasim from Ghikaka village suffered a head injury.
ASI Dharampal Yadav said a private school bus operating in Kotkasim was carrying about 15 children from Geeta’s village at Kotkasim at 8:30 am when the rear tyre of the driver’s side of the bus burst near Begumpur temple.


As a result of which the bus disbalanced, overturned on the road, and went into the pit on the side of the road.


As soon as the bus overturned, the bus driver and the conductor broke the shell of the bus and started taking children out.

Meanwhile, the people coming from the road also stopped there, and after seeing the overturned school bus, they started helping the children get out.


Within a short time, all the children were taken out of the bus, and immediately all the injured were admitted to Kotkasim Hospital.


Some children playing hockey have been discharged after receiving first aid.
As soon as the relatives of the children were informed about the accident, all of them reached Pari Jain Hospital, due to which a huge crowd gathered in the entire hospital.


As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and gathered information about the whole matter. At present, no loss of life has been reported in the accident.
