Washington,(UNI/Sputnik): US President Joe Biden during remarks on the Russia-Ukraine situation said that he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin has made a decision to invade Ukraine.
“As of this moment, I’m convinced he’s made a decision. We have reason to believe that,” Biden said on Friday when asked by a reporter whether he believes Putin has made a decision.
Russia has repeatedly denied accusations that they intend to launch an invasion of Ukraine or any other country, while also expressing their own concerns about NATO activity in Eastern Europe.
