Srinagar, April 24 (UNI) Panic gripped the village Nehama when a body of a male was found floating in a canal on Sunday, sources said.
They said the body of one Mohammad Anwar Lone, a specially abled person, and a resident of village Nehama area of Pulwama in south Kashmir, who was missing since April 20 was found by locals in a canal.
Police have taken away the body for medico-legal formalities to ascertain the cause of the death, they said.
