Srinagar: Incarcerated Er Rashid lead Jammu Kashmir Awami Itehad Party lashed out at Modi regime for its diabolical on ground machinations and constant ridicule of sentiments of Kashmiri people.
Taking strong note of rumours being floated about Party Supremo’s release, party leadership lambasted the current dispensation for rubbing salt in the wounds of Kashmiris. Reacting to rumours Party Spokesperson castigated Modi regime and expressed deep resentment over current state of affairs.
He said, “It seems as if Government of day works as per whims and fancies of two and half men in New Delhi; there is no rule of law. It appears they can simply put behind bars and release anyone without following any due course of law.
Have they officially declared Emergency in India? Its unfathomable; if one is to believe the absolutely fake and frivolous case against AIP Supremo is hypothetically true for a minute, how can Rashid Shb be released without any bail or case against him being quashed by the State? ”.
Ashai termed these rumours as Modi regime’s vile plans to ridicule and insult sentiments of people of Kashmir. Similar rumours surfaced before DDC elections also, we have no information from the Government of the day, he added.
It is obnoxiously shameful how a two-time MLA; pro-people leader is in being unlawfully incarcerated for his political ideology by Modi and ilk. What justifies action against Er Rashid? All so called pro-state leaders were either kept in home detentions or in five star hotels.
This hate of BJP for Jammu Kashmir Awami Itehad Party and it’s Supremo reveals everything, proves to one and all who is the actual on ground threat to BJP’s vile hateful politics. Ashai vehemently added that Party would soon file for bail in Patiala House court Delhi, since current GOI has abjectly failed to prove even a single charge against Er Rashid from about last two years.
Even courts now have no ground to at least deny bail to AIP Supremo. Ashai termed these rumours as a handiwork of deep state, they want to pre-empt us. Truth remains that their continued coercive-arm twisting measures; dictatorial approach have failed to break the will of Er Rashid and Awami Itehad Party.
Indomitable fortitude and persevered persistence of AIP and its leader has trumped Modi’s authoritarianism; Party top brass promised the cadres and well wishes to remain resilient and steadfast in their ranks, AIP leadership will make sure Er Rashid walks out as a free man. We will use all legal recources available; truth shall ultimately prevail, their propaganda, coercion, politics of vendetta and deceit will eventually fail, Ashai added. (PTK)
