Delegation from Australia meets Mamata

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday met a delegation from Australia.


The delegation comprised Tim Watts, Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, Barry O’Farrell, High Commissioner to India and Rowan Ainsworth, Consul General in Kolkata and delegates from South Korea, Chang Jae-bok, Ambassador to India, Junghyun Gu, Lady Ambassador to India; and Kwang Seok Yang, Commercial Counsellor.


” It was a pleasure to meet a delegation from Australia comprising Tim Watts, Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, Barry O’Farrell, High Commissioner to India and Rowan Ainsworth, Consul General in Kolkata and delegates from South Korea, Chang Jae-bok, Ambassador to India, Junghyun Gu, Lady Ambassador to India; and Kwang Seok Yang, Commercial Counsellor, ” Banerjee said.


” The meeting gave us an opportunity to foster meaningful dialogue, build stronger relationships, and discuss our shared commitment to global progress, ” she added.
” I’m certain that our collective efforts will pave the way for a brighter future for our nation, ” she stated.


The Chief Minister expressed her humble regards to all for their invaluable time and conveyed her best wishes for their future endeavour.


A delegation from South Korea comprising Chang Jae-Bok, Ambassador to India, Junghyun Gu,
Lady Ambassador and Kwang Seok Yang, Commercial Counsellor also called on Banerjee.
