Fire breaks out at Delhi’s Lady Hardinge Medical College

A fire broke out at Lady Hardinge Medical College in Delhi on Friday afternoon, Delhi Fire Service said.

According to DFS, the fire department received a call at around 14:25 hours regarding the incident. Responding to it, 7 firefighting vehicles were rushed to the spot to put out the blaze.

The fire erupted inside Anatomy department situated at the first floor of the hospital building, DFS said,

No casualty and injury has been reported so far, DFS said.

“The fire started on the first floor of the building. A total of 7 fire tenders have been sent to the spot to control the blaze,” said Atul Garg, Director, Delhi Fire Service.
