Srinagar:Madhya Pradesh minister Imarti Devi had a tough time as she could not read her speech during the Republic Day celebration programme held at SAF ground in Gwalior. ‘Collector saheb padenge’ (collector will read), said the minister of the ruling Congress party in the state after uttering a few words from her speech with much difficulty. Breaking the age old concept that success requires formal education, Imarti Devi had taken oath of the minister’s post in Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s council of ministers on December 25, 2018.
