J&K Sports Council ‘temporarily’ shifts SO Central to Jammu

The Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council on Friday ordered shifting of Sports Officer, Central on ‘temporary’ basis to Jammu to increase the flow of sports activities and monitoring of sports associations and academies.
As per order number 659 of 2022, issued by the Secretary, J&K Sports Council, Nuzhat Gull, read that in order to give fillip in the flow of sporting activities in Jammu province and to monitor the sports activities of Sports Associations and in-house Academies, it is ordered that Nusrat Gazala, Sports Officer (C), J&K Sports Council is temporarily shifted to Jammu for a period of three months in the first instance to take over the affairs of assignment.
“She will conduct the ‘My Youth My Pride’ calendar of activities in close coordination with Sports Officer and Managers, Incharges of respective Stadia, fields and ensure that calendar of activities and youth engagement is achieved as per the target fixed for current financial year,” read an order asking the officer to immediately report to Jammu and takeover the assignment.
