A juvenile accused of stabbing a teenager to death in Srinagar was arrested by police on Saturday.
Police said a 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Chinar Bagh area today. The deceased was a resident of Konkhan Dalgate.
Hours later, the accused involved in the crime was arrested.
“One juvenile ( name withheld) apprehended for stabbing & murdering a 15 year old boy in chinar bagh area. Weapon of offence also recovered on instance of the accused, this knife was thrown by accused in marshy area after the crime,” Srinagar police said on X, formerly twitter.
Police said an FIR has been registered in Kothibagh Police Station.
