Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, chairman of Hurriyat (M) has condemned the terrorist attack on a university in Pakistan that left at least twenty-one people dead.

In a statement issued here, Mirwaiz expressed solidarity with Pakistan and urged the international community to unite to eliminate terror.

“There types of terrorist attacks are not justified in Islam. Given the pace at which such attacks are taking place across the world, all the nations should unite to ensure safety of humanity from these attacks,” said Mirwaiz.

At least 15 people, including four gunmen, were killed when terrorists stormed the Bacha Khan University in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Wednesday, Dawn reported citing sources from the Edhi Foundation emergency assistance service.
