The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday attached properties of two individuals in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
Officials said several immovable properties were attached on the orders of Special NIA Court in Jammu.
They said properties of Mohammad Shafi Wani and Mohammad Tika Khan- both residents of Singoo Narbal, Pulwama, were attached by the sleuths of NIA.
“At least six properties of the two were attached under UAPA,” officials said.
