Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 108th birth anniversary on Wednesday.

Indira Gandhi, India’s first and only female Prime Minister, served as the country’s leader from 1966 to 1977 and again from 1980 until her assassination in 1984.
She is remembered for her strong leadership and visionary approach to India. Her legacy continues to inspire Indians, and her contributions to the country’s development and growth are still celebrated today.
