Srinagar, April 9 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two sons for allegedly murdering their father and dumping his body into the Dal Lake.
Police said that on Thursday a body was taken out from the Dal Lake. The victim was identified as Khurshid Ahamd Tota, 62, a resident of Elahibagh Soura.
Through circumstantial evidence, witnesses, CCTVs and technical analysis, police came to know that he was killed by his family members at their home on April 5 after a row and the next day it was dumped into the Dal Lake.
The two sons have been arrested and the vehicle used to transport the body was seized, the police said
