Russia to look for aircraft part supply alternatives in Turkey, India

Moscow, March 10 (UNI) Russia will be looking for aircraft part supply opportunities in Turkey, India and other countries, a Russian official said on Thursday.

This was stated by Valery Kudinov, head of Rosaviatsiya, at an event at the MRO Russia & CIS conference, an international exhibition and conference on maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft, the largest such event in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

 Kudinov, who heads the Continuous Airworthiness Management Department at the Federal Air Transport Service (Rosaviatsiya), also said that China had refused to make such deliveries to Russian airlines.

The  MRO Russia & CIS event in Moscow is a two-day event.
