Civilian Runs For Shelter During CASO In Pulwama, Sustains Injury As Forces Fire Bullets On Him

Srinagar: A civilian namely Bashir Ahmad Mir from Litter Pulwama got injured as according to police he tried to run away during cordon and search operation in Niloora village of the district.

 Locals as per KNO correspondent said that an army casper of 55 RR was going on through the area and it was stoned near Jamia Masjid Niloora which was retaliated resulted in injuries to civilian.

However, a senior police official said that a cordon and search operation was going on in the area and the person tried to run away in a suspected condition, army fired upon him in result he received bullet on his leg. As per sources he was shifted to nearby hospital where his condition is said to be stable.(KNO)
