Hundreds of passengers on Srinagar- Jammu highway got stuck due to landslide in Ramban area.
Officials said that the landslides occurred near Iron Stand Digdol of Ramban district. Following the landslides and shooting stones the officials closed the highway for the traffic movement. It is to be estimated that as many as 1500 heavy motor vehicles and 300 LMV are stuck between Seri and Digdol area due to the closure of road.
“We are making efforts to clear the Highway”, an official said.
