BJP chief Amit Shah in his fresh verbal attacks on TMC’s Mamta Banerjee has said, that “she”, and her party were responsible for Tuesday’s road show violence.

Amit Shah while holding up in his hand 3 photographs in a press conference showed that those were Trinamool Congress workers who led to the disestablishment of the “VidyaSagar” statue.  This statue was established in 1872 in Vidya Sagar College. The statue according to the reports was vandalized in a rift between the party workers of the TMC and BJP.

Shah said, “The college gates were closed, room was locked … who opened the lock, BJP workers did not enter the college.”

By delivering these words, Shah was colloquially holding TMC responsible for all the violence that took place in WB during the polls.

Shah said that he was lucky to escape in a road show where violence had erupted on Tuesday. Shah said, “Had the CRPF not been there, it would have been difficult for me to escape.”

\Shah has also demanded for an independent probe into the matter for finding out the actual perpetrators of manifesting violence.

Shah lashed out on TMC by saying, “Violence didn’t take place in 6 phases of elections anywhere but in Bengal only, which proves that TMC is responsible for it.”
