A poster shared by the BJP on Friday targeted Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, portraying him as “missing for the last 10 days.”
The poster claims Omar was “last seen reposting on X on May 11” and included a screenshot of a post related to the restoration of the historic Malshahi Masjid.
The poster also carries Omar’s photograph along with a message asking people to “share immediately” if they have any information, in an apparent attempt to mock his perceived absence from the public sphere.
National Conference president Farooq Abdullah hit back, saying that the “BJP has nothing better to do.”
“They have their own campaigns, they know what they are doing. We don’t have to answer them,” Abdullah told reporters in Srinagar when asked about the BJP poster.
