Expresses shock over Udhampur inicdent

Srinagar:  Expressing shock over the burning of a Kashmiri truck and a murderous attempt on three Kashmiri’s, traveling in it, Dukhtaran-e-Millat president Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi Saturday said that the Muslims of the occupied state are made to feel insecure despite being in majority and the state primarily belonging to them. While condemning the incident she said that the time has come for a decisive struggle. She said that United Jihad Council too should take note of such incidents.

In a statement to CNS, Andrabi said that such incidents are a wakeup call for us. She asserted on the masses and leadership to get ready for a decisive fight for the freedom”. She said that like other fellow Kashmiri’s she was also shocked to see a truck, along with those on board, being burnt by Hindu fanatics that too without any provocation. “As I have said on number of occasions the state is run and managed by RSS and its allies. Since those who talked sky and moon have surrendered everything for so called power and are not only acting silent spectators but are actually helping Hindu fanatics, who see the present circumstances favorable for ethnic cleansing of Muslims of this state, execute their plans”.

She said that, “the Hindutu forces have since started taking Jammu region as a conquered one and their wickedness and mischievous activities are spreading to other areas of this Muslim majority state.”  Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi added “wherever the Hindutu forces find it possible they attack directly and wherever they have some apprehensions they provoke us and want to get us killed during reactionary protests by the occupational forces”.

“Whole Jammu region has been turned into the hub of Hidutu activities; Muslims are harassed and even killed by the goons, after all how long can we see all this happening, time has come to start a final battle to end the Indian occupation so that we can breathe free,” she said adding that, “United Jihad Council too should take note of what was happening in the state that primarily belonged to the Muslims but has been invaded and occupied by India.”

Aasiya in her statement claimed that that minutes after her release on bail, police started raiding her house and of her relations to apparently re-arrest her illogically and illegally.    “Since I am sick, so after I was released, I straightaway went to a doctor for a medical checkup, but I was astonished to see a police team raiding my house and asking for my whereabouts,” she said and condemned the police action.
