Srinagar: Attempting to protest in front of civil secretariat over not taking the beef ban bill for discussion in Assembly, police Friday morning arrested Er Rashid, Mla Langate.
Rashid who was manhyandled by some BJP legislatures on Thursday for organizing beef party had planned a secretariat Gherao.
Rashid had held sit in front of the secretariat along with his party activists before being picked away by the police.
