Geelani Expresses Anguish, Grief over France Episode

Srinagar: Expressing deep anguish and grief over the France incident senior Pro freedom leader and Hurriyat (g chairman Syed Ali Geelani has said that such acts are condemnable and have no place in Islam.
In a tele statement to KNS, Geelani said that killing of innocents in the name of religion are in no way justifiable and deserve severe condemnation at all levels.
The Pro freedom leader said that Islam upholds human rights and never allows any person to shed innocent blood on earth.
He said further that Kashmir itself is reeling under human rights violation and could very much feel the pain of those who have lost their dear ones in France today. (KNS)
