Kochi, May 8 (UNI) GoAir will commence its first international operation from Kochi, Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) authorities said on Sunday.
In addition to the 21 weekly services in Kochi-Oman sector, operated by Oman Air, Air India Express and Indigo Airlines, GoAir schedules weekly 2 departures from Kochi and two arrivals.
Flight G8 65 leaves Kochi at 2000 hrs on Monday and Thursday whereas flight G8 66 arrives at 0420 hrs on Tuesday and friday.
GoAir is planning to commence their international operation from Kochi on May 16, a CIAL release said.
As per CIAL’s summer schedule, 21 airlines are operating services to destinations abroad; among which 16 are International carriers operating 263 weekly departures.
