Opposition National Conference legislators on Monday staged walk-out from Jammu and Kashmir Assembly minutes after Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu began his budget speech.
Independent legislator Er Rashid was marshaled out of the assembly after he created uproar while seeking action police and army personnel involved in the killing of five civilian in Kupwara last month.
As soon as Drabu started his budget speech, NC lawmakers including Working president of the Party Omar Abdullah staged walk-out while seeking government response on the killings of five civilians in Kupwara.(Agencies)
