OGW Arrested in South Kashmir

In a statement issued here, the army spokesman said that the OGW Nawaz Ahmad Najar son of Abdul Hamid Najar was arrested in a joint operation of police and army in Harmain village of Shopian.
They said in his possession some ammunition including 2 hand grenades, 1 Chinese grenade and some ammunition of AK rifles was recovered.
According to army Nawaz is accused of being involved in various subversive activities since August this year in Shopian area. An FIR has been registered against him after army handed him over to police.
