Srinagar: S K cricket stadium, venue for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally on November 7, has been declared out of bounds for all civilians and players for security reasons.
Three-tier security measures will be put in place during Mr Modi's visit to Srinagar, where hardline Hurriyat Conference (HC) has announced to organize “ Million March” at the Tourist Reception Centre ground, a few minutes walking distance from S K Stadium.(Agencies)
