Three bodies were recovered from Dal Lake in Srinagar on Saturday, police said.
The bodies were recovered by police at the Dal lake in foreshore road Shalimar area.
The deceased include a female -aged about 28 years old- and two minor children, one male and one female.
Police have taken cognizance and proceedings under relevant sections of law have been initiated.
“Further investigation into the matter is going on,” police said, adding bodies have been shifted to SMHS hospital for post-mortem examination.
