7-Year-old boy dies, Man injured in Road Mishaps

Srinagar: A Minor boy died while another person was injured in two separate road accidents in Kulgam and Handwara.
In Kulgam, a Tipper bearing registration number JK03D-5709 hit a 7 years old boy Mehran Ahmad Parray son of Abdul Hamid resident of Shampora at Choimula, Qazigund, resulting in his on spot death. After completion of legal formalities, the body of deceased boy was handed over to his relatives for last rites. Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
In Handwara, a Bus bearing registration number JK03-4685 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Tanveer Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Abdullah resident of Chowgal Handwara at Sagipora. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Handwara police has registered a case in this regard.
