PDP Loses Another Wicket As Javaid Mir Resigns From Party

Srinagar: Peoples Democrat Party (PDP) had another jolt on Saturday as its senior party leader and former Minister Javed Mustafa Mir also put up his resignation.

Talking to KNO, Mir confirmed that he has decided to resign from the party however did not divulge into details as to why did he leave the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic PDP.

“I have resigned and tomorrow I will send formal letter to them,” he said.
PDP has seen a spree of party men leaving in recent time as its senior leaders who served as ministers in the erstwhile PDP-BJP bonhomie resigned from the party.(KNO)
