The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted a raid at the residence of retired Special Secretary from the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department, in Hygam Sopore area of North Kashmir Baramulla district on Saturday, sources said.
Reliable sources told the news agency JKNS, the raid was part of ongoing investigation into a corruption case connected to Riyaz Ahmad Parray, the son of Abdul Ahad Parray.
They said the operation is linked to FIR No. 01/25, registered under sections 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at the ACB Baramulla Station.—(JKNS)
