BJP may Press for 3-yrs of Chief Ministerial Chair if Mehbooba takes over as CM

Jammu: The state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party may press for three years of Chief Ministerial chair as Jammu and Kashmir CM Mufti Mohammad Sayeed hinted today that Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti may replace him through democratic means.
Although the PDP-headed government in alliance with BJP is functioning smoothly in the state and aiming to provide good governance, difference of opinion may appear in the days to come.
Mr Sayeed this morning admitted that Mehbooba has close liasion with common masses on ground and it is only because of her efforts, PDP got good results in assembly elections.(Agencies)
