BJP workers agitate against actor Amir Khan

Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) on Friday agitated against Hindi film super star Aamir Khan and stopped the screening of his latest Hindi film ‘Lal Sing Chadha’ at a theatre in the city.

The protestors alleged Mr Khan of making statements against the country.

BJP workers lead by BJP district Vice president Sachin Todkar, gathered in front of Padma Chitramandir, where Mr Khan’s latest film was being screened and shouted slogans against Amir Khan.

Workers also poured black ink on the poster of Mr Khan and expressed their protest.

Along with Mr Todkar, Vivek Kulkarni, Ashish Kapatul, Chavan Omkar Kharade and other workers participated in the agitation.
