Kathua: A Border Security Force (BSF) officer guarding a forward post along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district Thursday allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle.

An official told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that “An officer posted in Karal Krishna Border Post area along the International Border in Kathua district shot himself with his rifle at around 09:00 am inside his room.”
