Civilian Injured In Militants Attack In Tral

Srinagar: Militants on Monday shot at and injured a civilian in Tral area of South Kashmir Pulwama district.
A civilian identified as Tariq Ahmad Wani S/o Abdul Rashid of Reshipora was shot at by militants near JK Bank Abighar area of Tral, leaving him critically wounded.
The injured was immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital where from he was referred to Srinagar for further treatment, police official told Valley Media Service.
Police has registered a case under relevant sections of law and initiated investigation in the matter, he added.
Meanwhile, after the incident search operation has been launched in the area to nab the attackers.(VMS)
