Kulgam, May 21 (KNO): At least 21 cops who are posted in Kulgam district have been tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday, officials said here.
A senior police official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that 21 cops who are posted at Reserve camp in higher secondary school Chawalgam have been tested positive for COVID-19
“They are posted at HSS Chawalgam from the last 3 months and not in DPL Kulgam.”
He further added that one cop among the reserve company was tested positive a few days ago after which samples of all cops posted there were taken.
Pertinently, around 80 policemen have been tested positive for Covid-19 in Kashmir division so far—(KNO)
