Srinagar: Divisional commissioner Kashmir Dr. Asgar Samoon today convened a meeting of 14th Divisional level Committee for implementation of Rehabilitation plan under JKUSDIP. The Divisional commissioner took stock of construction work being carried out on Jehangir Chowk Rambagh flyover.
Divisional Commissioner instructed Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar and officers of R&B and Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) to speed up construction work on the mega project so that it is completed on time. He said that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure proper rehabilitation of affected, including proper compensation.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Director ERA, Director Metrology, IGP Traffic, Commissioner SMC, CE EMRE, CE R&B and other officials of SDA, UEED, PHE and other department.
