One Jawan died while another suffered injuries in a blast at Firing Range on Wednesday in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources said that two Army soldiers were injured in an accidental blast reportedly of RPG at a firing range in Jhullas area of Poonch.
“The incident took place at around 1400 hours when the soldiers along with other colleagues were engaged in training at the firing range,” they said.
Critically injured jawans were shifted to hospital where one of them succumbed to his injuries, they added.
