Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday inaugurated a Memorial, Museum, and Library in Rajouri to honor the enduring legacy of martyr ADDC Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa.
Dr. Thapa was martyred in unprovoked shelling by Pakistan during Operation Sindoor.
Lieutenant Governor paid tribute to Dr. Thapa, recalling his selfless service and steadfast dedication to public welfare.
“This memorial will inspire generations to come,” he said. The event also featured a documentary on Dr. Thapa’s life.
Family members of Dr Raj Kumar Thapa and senior officials of security forces, police and civil administration were also present.
