The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council on Thursday cleared the decks and promoted 27 of its employees in the coaching branch to the next level.
As per the order number 415-of-2022, issued by the Secretary of J&K Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul, six chief coaches have been promoted as managers, eight senior coaches as chief coaches and 13 junior coaches are promoted as senior coaches.
Those promoted are Baljinderpal Singh, Naveen Sharma, Abdul Majid Dar, Satpal Singh, Sohan Singh and Nalish Kumar as Managers. Iqbal Singh, Bashir Ahmed, Sushma Jamwal, Randhir Singh, Krupali Singh, Anil Kumar Sharma, Suraj Bhan Singh and Shamas-ud-Din Malik as chief coaches.
However, Arshi Nad, Vinay Sharma, Dalvir Kumar, Shakqat Shafi, Vikas Dogra, Mushtaq Ahmed, Gurcharan Singh, Ritika Slathia, Jugal Kishore, Manisha Gupta, Jagjeet Singh, Shakti Gupta and Rachna Jamwal as senior coaches.
As per the order, the seniority of the promotees shall be without prejudice to others or cases pending for adjudication in any judicial forum, the promotion is subject to the outcome of the writ petition, if any pending for adjudication in any court of law.
The promoted shall work at their present place of posting till further orders, read an order.
