Hayan is being trained by his father, who is a teacher by profession and let his son to tread the unconventional path and allowed his son to follow his dreams without any pressure.
“I saw a spark of cricket in him and I believe he’ll do wonders if he gets proper training and support. I take him out to the field, bought him the gear, and train him every single day both technically and in terms of knowledge and understating of cricket jargon” said, Parvez Mir, his father.
“I am a teacher by profession and I urge the parents of Kashmir to let their children follow their dreams and let them excel in whatever they find their passion. Try to find your child’s dream, avail the avenues and help them meet their goals” added he.
Hayan, while displaying his cricket skills and performing his favorite eye-catching shots with perfect style, angle, and grip has won the hearts of the residents in his area.
“We have seen Hayan from the day of inception when he took the bat in his hands for the first time and with his heart throbbing style he grabbed our attention. Unlike most of the parents in Kashmir, he has got a supporting father who holds his back and trains him every single day” says Ilhak, a local journalist from Hayan’s area.
Hayan, a class 2nd student of the Doon International School, HMT, has been active and subtle in his domain. With a “never back down” attitude, he wants to represent his country on the international platform and he is regularly crafting and polishing his skills to meet his dream.

I watch so many top cricket players on YouTube and I try to learn from their performance. AB de Villiers is my hero and I follow his style.” Being confident about his dream he says, “I am going to make it to the top in cricket with Allah’s help”.
