Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Nagrota Assembly bye-election, Ms. Devyani Rana, today urged the people to come out in large numbers and exercise their franchise, saying that a vote for the BJP would reaffirm their faith in progress and development.
“Nagrota’s growth story must continue. Together, we can transform our constituency into a vibrant hub of economic activity, leveraging its potential as an educational and pilgrim tourism centre,” Ms. Rana said while addressing Nukad meetings at Kangrail, Barn, Seri Panditan, and Ghaink in Amb Gharota Mandal.
Recalling the visionary legacy of her late father, Shri Devender Singh Rana, whose tireless efforts as Nagrota MLA laid a strong foundation for comprehensive development, Ms. Devyani Rana emphasized that people’s overwhelming support would be pivotal in advancing his vision. She highlighted that the BJP’s commitment to development focuses on improving every facet of citizens’ lives.
Expressing confidence in continued progress, she said that with public support, Nagrota will witness accelerated development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose focus on equitable growth and empowerment has transformed lives across Jammu and Kashmir.
“BJP’s philosophy is clear: growth must reach everyone, and every citizen should have the opportunity to progress with dignity,” she told the enthusiastic crowds gathered for the roadside interactions.
Addressing the gatherings, BJP leader and DDC Chairman Jammu, Mr. Bharat Bhushan, appealed to the people of Nagrota to give a massive mandate to Ms. Devyani Rana, enabling her to carry forward the unfinished mission of holistic development envisioned by her late father.
