Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended birthday greetings to veteran BJP leader L.K. Advani, describing him as a statesman blessed with towering vision and intellect.
The Prime Minister also wished Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy a long and healthy life on his birthday.
Taking to the social media platform X, PM Modi praised Advani’s selfless duty and steadfast principles, noting that his contributions have left an indelible mark on India’s democratic and cultural landscape.
In his message for Advani, the Prime Minister wrote: “Greetings to Shri L.K. Advani Ji on his birthday. A statesman blessed with towering vision and intellect, Advani Ji’s life has been dedicated to strengthening India’s progress. He has always embodied the spirit of selfless duty and steadfast principles. His contributions have left an indelible mark on India’s democratic and cultural landscape. May he be blessed with good health and a long life.”
In a separate post, PM Modi conveyed his wishes to the Telangana Chief Minister, saying, “Birthday greetings to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Garu. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.”
The messages acknowledge the significance of both leaders: Advani’s decades-long role in the BJP and Indian politics, and Reddy’s position as the serving Chief Minister of Telangana.
