Amid pro freedom protests and anti India slogans, hundreds of protesters who took the funeral procession of slain militants hoisted the Pakistani flag on an ancestral house of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Reports said that the angry posters also hurled bricks and stones towards his ancestral home at Baba Mohalla of Bijbhera while passing through the area along with body of slain militant.
Witnesses said that a Pakistan flag was also hoisted on the house in Baba Mohalla area of Bijbehara – hometown of the CM.
Three local militants Adil, Arif and Aamir of Bijbehara were killed in an encounter with government forces.
