Hyderabad: Reserve Bank of India Governor, Dr Raghuram G Rajan today asked the bankers to think on how to bring down the cost in service providing to the customers by using technolgoeis.
Addressing at the eleventh Banking Technology excellence Awards function organised by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) here, Dr Rajan said that the mobile banking introduction was cexellent but not to the up to the mark in using mobile basnking in rural areas though having huger number of smart phones existing.
