New Delhi, April 21 (UNI) Congress leader from Rajasthan Sachin Pilot on Thursday met party president Sonia Gandhi here and apprised her about the grand old party’s workings in the state.
“I have discussed organisational elections, and also gave the grassroots feedback what party should do in the next few months in Rajasthan,” Pilot told reporters here shortly after meeting the Congress chief.
The Congress legislator from Tonk further said, “Rajsthan is a state where after every five year, government changes. We need to make sure that Congress wins the 2023 Assembly elections in Rajasthan.”
In the coming days, we will all work unitedly in this direction, he added.
Pilot said the win is very much important for the Congress as after that there will be Lok Sabha elections in 2024.
Assembly elections in Rajasthan is likely to be held next year.
