New Delhi: The Supreme Court today dismissed a plea which sought legal action against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for ''hiding'' his marital status in the affidavit during the 2012 Gujarat Assembly elections.
Nishant Varma, a resident of Ahmedabad, had filed the complaint in April 2014 against Mr Modi and sought an FIR against him for ''hiding'' his marital status in the affidavit.(Agencies)
