A soldier died and several others were injured after a Army vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday, police said.
The accident took place at Batagund area of Dooru in Anantnag district.
“The vehicle carrying army personnel lost control, skidded off the road and rolled down into a groge resulting in injuries to them including the unfortunate death of one army personnel,” police added.
