Trump says will discuss Iran, NATO with UK's King Charles III: Reports

US President Donald Trump said he would discuss issues related to NATO and the American operation against Iran with the UK’s King Charles III during the King’s visit to Washington.

“I’m going to talk about everything. I’m going to talk about it. He’s a friend of mine, and he’s a great guy,” Trump told Reuters in a phone interview.

The UK’s digital services tax will also be among the topics for discussion, the report said.

Buckingham Palace announced on March 31 that a state visit by King Charles III and Queen Camilla to the United States would take place in April. Trump said the UK royal couple would visit on April 27-30.

King Charles’ four-day state visit starting Monday will mark the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence from Britain.
