Two-day Times Property East Hyderabad Expo 2022 begins

The two-day Times Property – East Hyderabad Property Expo 2022, began at Saroornagar Indoor Stadium here on Saturday.
The largest residential property expo of its kind being hosted in the city, was formally inaugurated by LB Nagar MLA Devireddy Sudhir Reddy.
The show is open for visitors from 1000 hours to 1930 hours on both the days and the exhibition which spread across 26000 sft has 25 top notch property developers like OM Sree Builders, Vasavi Group, Tricolour Properties, TNR Group, Namishree, Indukuri Lifespaces, Maram, APR group, Saket, Modi Builders, Sahasram Developers, Kapil Properties, Planet Green, Hastina Realty, SNR Group, Maruti Rudra Constructions and Pooja Crafted Homes.
Speaking on the occasion, Sudhir Reddy said the real estate sector is expanding at a rapid speed in Hyderabad, in fact 51 per cent of the country’s real estate sale is happening in Hyderabad and Mumbai alone.
Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development K.T.Rama Rao’s look East policy is giving impetus to the real estate sector in the Eastern part of the city and enabling a 360 degree growth of the Hyderabad city.
This policy also reduces traffic congestion in the city and brings parity in the land values across the city, the MLA said.
He said Eastern part of the city has seen good growth due to this policy, earlier the residential property rate was Rs 3000 to 4000 per sft., but now it is around Rs 6000 to 7000 per sft.
We are requesting the Rama Rao to allocate land for the IT industry and locate a few major IT companies in the East to attract others to this part of the city.
East has several advantages, there are star hotels here, airport is close by and easily accessible and has good infrastructure, Reddy added.
Russell Fernandes, Associate Vice President & National Head, Real Estates, Times Group; said, the cost of construction has been on the rise due to rise in input costs, the home loans interest rates are also seeing an upward trend, the possible rise in tax component could get added to it.
He said Hyderabad along with Mumbai contributes 51 percent of the real estate sales in the country.
This Expo has different options for home buyers from affordable housing to high end luxury homes, Fernandes added.
Kamal Krishnan, Head, Times Groups, Telangana State & Andhra Pradesh; said, Hyderabad real estate has been seeing tremendous growth, next only to Mumbai and in the upcoming season we should aim to overtake Mumbai too and be the number one in the country.
He said this Expo will give the right visibility and exposure and give an opportunity to home buyers to invest in this part of the city and contribute to the growth of the city and the state.
